Lighting praises Allah 13:13

"And remember ye said: "O Moses! We shall never believe in thee until we see Allah manifestly," but ye were dazed with thunder and lighting even as ye looked on" 2:55

its close meaning can be "thy kingdom come thy will be done".

When Allah want to make his will done on earth he can do it.
Even some people may not like it or want many many signs.
