Fresh cabbage is an excellent source of natural antioxidant, vitamin C. Provides 36.6 mg or about 61% of RDA per 100 g. Regular consumption of foods rich in vitamin C helps the body develop resistance against infectious agents and scavenge harmful, pro-inflammatory free radicals.

Cabbage is a very good source of vitamin K, provides about 63% of RDA levels.So enough vitamin K in the diet gives you healthy bones. In addition, vitamin-K also has established role in curing Alzheimer's disease patients by limiting neuronal damage inside their brain

A Student Studying Engineering got good news that he passed exam successfully hence forth is can get admission into MS(Master Of Science) or else he can join good company sure that will be revolution in his life.

If he got failed and there is no re-exam program then he can't go further studies nor good job no further revolution in his life.

Gospel Good News by which Jesus Christ arrived that there is re-exam program hence forth revolution not to worry if you got failed.

I consider this to be wisdom key for revolution in society and Good News From Jesus Christ i.e. Gospel please read.

Many Muslim Scholars unable to reason on this incident hence unable to revolutionize society.

Jesus returned to the Mount of Olives, 2 but early the next morning he was back again at the Temple. A crowd soon gathered, and he sat down and taught them. 3 As he was speaking, the teachers of religious law and the Pharisees brought a woman who had been caught in the act of adultery. They put her in front of the crowd.

4 “Teacher,” they said to Jesus, “this woman was caught in the act of adultery. 5 The law of Moses says to stone her. What do you say?”

6 They were trying to trap him into saying something they could use against him, but Jesus stooped down and wrote in the dust with his finger. 7 They kept demanding an answer, so he stood up again and said, “All right, but let the one who has never sinned throw the first stone!” 8 Then he stooped down again and wrote in the dust.

9 When the accusers heard this, they slipped away one by one, beginning with the oldest, until only Jesus was left in the middle of the crowd with the woman. 10 Then Jesus stood up again and said to the woman, “Where are your accusers? Didn’t even one of them condemn you?”

11 “No, Lord,” she said.

And Jesus said, “Neither do I. Go and sin no more.”

Historian commit mistake in understanding unity thinking that it means gathering huge people in ground or gathering all people of country in one place this is absolute mistake due to which we have social disorder.

Basically its wider meaning is defending among your self for certain cause.

For Example :
Principle like "good manners & morals" we defend among our family; good manners among children when ever we find immorality in them we defend that's unity, where ever your in the globe in any country any place we defend that's unity that's called unity.

Unity is defending for certain cause & any place on the globe it can be in your home itself is unity.

I am 100% Say its not gathering in ground or any place.

Close Look On Man Of Self Control

In the Name Of Allah Most Gracious and Most Merciful.

Let us have close look on Man Of Self Control let us know reason or logic which drived him to have self control over-him I find no match of great self control than prophet Joseph who was alone.

There was no mosque prayers,religious book but still Manners & Self Control Prevail.

Prophet Joseph was so beautiful people call him like angel reference 

“When she heard of their malicious talk, she sent for them and prepared a banquet for them: she gave each of them a knife: and she said (to Joseph), "Come out before them(girls)." When they(girls) saw him, they did extol him, and (in their amazement) cut their hands: they said, "Allah preserve us! no mortal is this! this is none other than a noble angel!"

The Quran 12:31

When Joseph walk in Egypt woman use to come out to look to his beauty what moment for any Man.

Let us know Reason and Logic that drive him to Self Control.

But she in whose house he was, sought to seduce him from his (true) self: she fastened the doors, and said: "Now come, thou (dear one)!" He said: "Allah forbid! truly (thy husband) is my lord! he made my sojourn agreeable! truly to no good come those who do wrong!"

The Quran 12:23

Joseph putted forward Reason & Logic in front of her look I was been sell as slave in my childhood your husband spend lots of money and took me out from slavery he took to his home and has given good place to live,he has given good food & dresses ,he had made my life good & comfortable.

This made heart of Joseph Strong and he self controlled.

This is major reason for any person to self-control. 

Later in his Life he became Minister or Close Man Of Egypt King Saving People From Drought .

Drought Meaning :A prolonged period of abnormally low rainfall, leading to a shortage of water.
